1. Same-Day Shipping Policy: Putting Time on Your Side

At Modern Ice, we understand the value of time in today’s competitive market. To cater to our customers’ urgent needs, we’ve implemented our “Order by 4 and out the Door” shipping policy. Any order placed by 4 pm is guaranteed to be shipped on the same day, ensuring swift delivery and customer satisfaction. We have warehouses located in Greendale, IN and Stockton, CA to account for customers all over the globe. We also have established relationships with our freight and package carriers and review performance with them on a regular basis to ensure that our customers are receiving the service they deserve.

2. Triple Check System: Quality and Accuracy 

Our operations team has implemented a Triple Check System. All orders are printed to our warehouse and sequenced for picking based on warehouse location to improve efficiency and timing.  After each order is picked, a second person checks and verifies the order, a third check is implemented for packing and shipping the order.

3. Real-time Tracking: Keeping Customers in the Loop

We understand that customers value transparency and want to stay informed about the status of their orders. To address this, we automatically upload tracking information to our system and attach it to each order. This feature enables our customers to conveniently track their orders’ progress and eliminates unnecessary uncertainties.

As well as providing a Customer Advocate to communicate with directly for support and to help resolve these issues in a timely manner.
