What We Offer

Our purchasing & procurement team is continuously identifying new suppliers and  products in order to offer our clients quality options and savings.  Modern Ice has utilized our buying power and strong vendor relationships to work with strategic partners to develop products specific to our clients’ industries (e.g., ice carts and hand trucks, custom equipment, hopper covers, etc.).

 The process starts with our Customer Satisfaction Group representatives, Business Development Managers, and Freeze Force Technical Services Team members who are in direct contact with clients on a daily basis.  Our team listens to and explores client needs to discover pain points.  From there, our procurement team analyzes those needs, develops a strategy to meet the need, identifies options, goes through research and testing, then works with our strategic partners and suppliers to provide solutions that meets our clients’ needs.

Our Customer Advocate provides clients with one contact point for any issue they experience so they know where to get answers and the status of their claim or issue.  Having one contact for all client issues allows Modern Ice to identify potential problems in real time (e.g., common vendor parts failing to initiate a recall, a wide-spread service issue with equipment to notify a manufacturer and prevent future failures in the field, etc.).
