Cincinnati, Ohio, October 2021 — Modern Ice Equipment & Supply announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Cool Running Software to be their exclusive distributor.

Under the terms of the agreement, Modern Ice will employ its experienced sales, marketing and e-commerce to represent Cool Running Software worldwide to Modern Ice customers.

Cool Running Software is operational software that was designed in 2004 by Tony Dickson of Olmsted Ice of Cleveland, Ohio.   Since that time, Cool Running has evolved from a simple Client Server System to a Cloud Based Software.  This past year, Cool Running restructured their entire handheld delivery and customer product ordering apps to support BOTH iPhone and Android handheld devices.  This innovation allows the flexibility to load these apps on any modern smart devices.

Cool Running Software’s modern software platform has allowed for integrations with many other cloud-based systems such as iceQ merchandiser volume sensors, BlueSnap payment solutions, and Route4Me route optimization software.
