Vogt Tube Ice Maker - Saw Cut Model – Industrial Ice Maker

Vogt Tube Ice Industrial Ice Makers offer a cost effective way to meet the needs of your customers by reducing the need for ice screening and sizing equipment and utilizing a unique process which freezes ice automatically in vertical tubes, thaws the ice, and then cuts it into short cylinders with a hole in the center.  The hole is formed during the formation of the ice as a result of the falling film of water freezing inside the vertical tubes.  The result is a sized product and more usable ice per bag.

Modern Ice offers the Vogt Saw Cut Tube Ice Makers with a capacity of 10 tons of ice per day.  The Saw Cut (Solid No Hole) Tube Ice machines are innovative and economical ice makers.  The low cost of producing cylindrical ice is possible because of the machine’s space-saving stainless steel design, long service life, automatic operation, and energy efficiency.  Engineered to allow a solid frozen tube together with a saw cutting design to yield clean, clear ice cylinders with flush cut ends – above and beyond other methods of creating solid ice.

With over 80 years of experience, Vogt Ice has the capability to deliver automatic ice production solutions. Whether your output is one or 125 tons per day, Vogt can provide the engineered solutions to exceed your expectations for service, quality and long-lasting ice manufacturing.
