With automatic or manual settings, the Matthiesen VL Series Baggers makes bagging simple yet productive.

- All motors are Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC). Washdown motors available
- Adjustable speed, can fill 20 – 47 bags per minute
- Standard machine is galvanized – stainless steel is available
How It Works
The Matthiesen VL Manual Bagger uses a volumetric filling system to dispense a consistent amount of ice into each bag. Ice is fed into the bagger, where the volumetric drum measures and delivers the product into a bag positioned below the filling chute. The VL can operate using automatic or manual settings, giving operators flexibility based on their production needs.
