With a capacity to seal from 20 – 30 bags per minute (depending on bag width), the Matthiesen Heatsealer is a great addition to your packaging line.

- Will seal continuously 360 linear inches per minute
- Temperature adjust to accommodate 1.5 to 3 mil bags
- All motors are TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled)
- Standard construction is galvanized – stainless is available
How It Works
The Matthiesen Heat Sealer provides a continuous method for closing packaged ice bags after they have been filled. Filled bags are transferred onto the integrated conveyor and positioned for sealing, where the machine applies controlled heat to the bag material to create a secure, consistent closure.
As each bag moves through the heat sealer, the sealing temperature can be adjusted to accommodate different bag materials and thicknesses ranging from 1.5 to 3 mil. This allows operators to fine-tune the sealing process based on the type of packaging being used and maintain consistent seals throughout production.
